I’m doing +3M/S as a small project out of my home office, making gear for fellow paraglider pilots. My goal is simple: I want you to be happy with what you bought.
If something arrives damaged, breaks under normal use, doesn’t work the way you expected, or you just don’t love it, reach out and let me know. I’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or another solution that makes sense.

Changed your mind? Doesn’t fit? No problem. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Just reach out through the contact form with your order number and let me know you’d like to make a return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping, and once I receive the item, I’ll refund your original payment method.
And if you’re returning something because there’s an issue with it, let me know. I’d rather have the chance to make it right first.
